libsss-nss-idmap0 software package provides SID based lookups library for SSSD, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsss-nss-idmap0
libsss-nss-idmap0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsss-nss-idmap0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsss-nss-idmap0 *
You will get with libsss-nss-idmap0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
